The team at Mine! come in everyday because they love it (ask them not me) they are young, driven, absolutely committed and often work 6/7 days a week. One told me recently that he thinks about Mine! all the time such is his belief in us. So what’s going on, it all sounds a bit idyllic and unbelievable? Well you know its not so unique, most of us thrive on achieving, doing and contributing. It makes us feel valued, gives us a sense of inner pride, and keeps us fulfilled. Give people a path & a direction, encourage them, stretch them and support them. Simple!
